      摘要:[目的]板栗是重要的经济林树种,优良种质资源的选育对于板栗具有重要的意义,科学高效的营养评价方法是板栗优良种质资源筛选的基础[方法]在燕山北部山区收集板栗农家种和优良单株种质63个,以燕山早丰为对照,通过测定不同种质的单果鲜重、含水率、淀粉、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白,然后利用等级评价法和因子评价法综合求出各种质营养评价的排名。[结果] 63个种质资源中,单果鲜重的最大值为13.6g,最小值为6.5g,平均值8.7g。含水率的最大值为50.7%,最小值为37.6%,平均值为42.9%。可溶性糖的最大值为17.1%,最小值为4.8%,平均值9.8%。淀粉含量的最大值为58.6%,最小值为17.4%,平均值为34.3%。可溶性蛋白的最大值为1.1%,最小值为0.16%,平均值0.56%。板栗种质资源营养综合评价前二十名作为优良种质的待选种质。其中有8月下旬成熟的QX42,可以作为早熟种质。10月上旬成熟的有QX35、QX33,可作为晚熟种质。其余的9月份成熟。[结论]不同板栗种质之间单果鲜重、含水率、淀粉、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量存在显著差异,这些营养指标可作为优良种质资源的评价指标。相关分析发现淀粉和可溶性糖含量呈负相关关系。本文通过等级评分和因子分析相结合的方法筛选优良种质资源,为板栗优良种质资源收集和营养评价和提供了借鉴。

      Abstract: [Objective] Chinese chestnut is an important economic forest tree species. The breeding of excellent germplasm resources is of great significance for chestnut. The scientific and efficient nutrition evaluation method is the basis for the screening of excellent germplasm resources of chestnut. [Method] In the northern part of Yanshan, 63 excellent farm germplasm resources were collected, and Yanshan Zaofeng was used as a control, determined the fresh weight, water content, starch, soluble sugar and soluble protein of different germplasms, and then passed the grade evaluation method and factor evaluation method. A combination of the two methods to comprehensively determine the ranking of all germplasm nutrition assessments. [Result] Among the 63 germplasm resources, the maximum fresh weight of single fruit was 13.6 g, the minimum value was 6.5 g, and the average value was 8.7 g. The maximum water content was 50.7%, the minimum was 37.6%, and the average was 42.9%. The maximum value of soluble sugar was 17.1%, the minimum was 4.8%, and the average value was 9.8%. The maximum starch content was 58.6%, the minimum was 17.4%, and the average was 34.3%. The maximum value of soluble protein was 1.1%, the minimum was 0.16%, and the average was 0.56%. The top 20 of the comprehensive evaluation of the nutrition of chestnut germplasm resources was used as an alternative germplasm. Among them, the mature QX42 in late August can be used as an early maturity germplasm. Mature in early October, QX35, QX33, can be used as late maturity. The rest of September matures. [Conclusion] There were significant differences in fresh seed weight, water content, starch, soluble sugar and soluble protein content among different chestnut germplasms. These nutritional indicators can be used as indicators for evaluation of excellent germplasm resources. Correlation analysis found a negative correlation between starch and soluble sugar content. This paper screens the excellent germplasm resources through the combination of graded scores and factor analysis, which provides a reference for the collection and nutrition evaluation of chestnut excellent germplasm resources.
